Returns & Exchanges

At Onia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer and include the printed return packing slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method.
